From our origins in a hospital wing in 1942, we have grown into one of the largest blood centers in Florida. Our life-saving mission of collecting, processing and distributing blood to those in need has a direct and immediate impact on public health and welfare.

Donate Life Florida is a non-profit 501(C)3 organization contracted by the State of Florida, Agency for Health Care Administration to create the state’s organ, tissue and eye donor registry. Donate Life Florida is dedicated to motivating Floridians to designate themselves as organ, tissue and eye donors, so lives are saved and enhanced through donation and transplantation.
Floridians can join the Registry through this Web site, when renewing their driver license online, or when obtaining/renewing their license at a local driver license office. You can also join the Registry by calling Donate Life Florida directly at 1-877-35-SHARE (1-877-357-4273) and requesting a registry form.
